FIFO Privacy

First in - First out "the App” provides an order listing calculated based on the digital inventory of articles "the Service" to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores and want to know which orders can really be fulfilled.

This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

• read_inventory => we need this in order to know how much pcs. of each product are in stock
• read_fulfillments => we need this on order know if an order already has a (partial) fulfillment
• read_products => we need this to get certain information from products that are included in the shipment
• read_orders / read_all_orders => we need this to get the relevant order information to calculate the digital inventory and provide the picklist feature
• read_customers => we need this to know which order belongs to which customer
  
• read_third_party_fulfillment_orders, write_third_party_fulfillment_orders => we need this to get a complete picture on which orders change the digital availability of a product

Additionally, we collect the following types of personal information from you once you have installed the App:

• Contact information (address, email, etc.)

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the personal information we collect from you in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Additionally, we use this personal information to: Communicate with you; Optimize or improve the App; and Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
